Roads
Most roads in Niassa are dirt, in reasonable conditions in the dry season from April to December. Some of them do not allow the passage of trucks during the rainy season. Line-rail

In rural areas there is no supply of electricity. Commercial farmers that there exist depends on its generators.

Phone and Internet
Niassa in the cities of the phone lines work very well, and international calls and internet connection are possible. In rural areas there are no phone lines. Lichinga in the reception of national and international connections through mobile phone is good.

Hospitals
In Lichinga and Cuamba hospitals is reasonable to provide access to basic treatments. For more complex treatments are good hospitals in Blantyre in Malawi. The trip by the Blantyre Lichinga takes about 6 to 8 hours by car.

Schools
In Niassa no international schools. For education of their children in English schools to consider use in Malawi or South Africa.

Financial sector
Niassa in the south of the bank branches are only in Lichinga, and the international bank of Mozambique (BIM) in Lichinga and Cuamba, where you can make transactions in national and foreign currency, and have access to ATMs, ATM `s.

Funding:
You can buy up bank loans to agricultural projects in Mozambique. The banking sector in Mozambique was successfully privatized. And now there are about 10 private banks in the market.
